Where it all began…..

The seed for The Silver Rabbit was planted when in 2020 while studying in London my father gifted me an old Irish Three Pence coin. This was the most beautiful coin I had even seen, all I wanted to do was carry it around and admire it.

I hand made a wax carving of a ring for the coin and had it cast in Hatton Garden, London. This ring was with me for the next few years as I moved back to Ireland.

There were many ups and downs but one constant were the compliments I would get when wearing my Signet Ring. I then decided I just had to make more of these beautiful rings !

I knew I wanted my jewellery to follow a few ideals.

I wanted every piece to be handmade from start to finish, each piece is polished by hand until they shun. The Coins are sourced from a small local business so each one is unique.

I wanted my Jewellery to be solid. Nowadays so much Jewellery is made Hollow, meaning the inside of the item will be empty or any excess metal is taken away. This just does not last. I make my jewellery so that it will last a lifetime when taken care of.
